Born in 1985
➤ I come from a small village in Raplamaa, Estonia.
➤ Studied to be a car mechanic but never pursued it.
➤ Started my first business at the age of 21.
➤ Business philosophy: “Your business will never grow bigger than you do.”
➤ Today, I am the owner of several traditional businesses and have also built a Lyconet network of almost 500,000 people.
➤ One of my biggest dreams and driving force has always been to give my parents complete freedom to be, go, travel and enjoy life without having to worry about their farm, work or money. In October 2016 this dream came true.
➤ Even after over 3,000 one-on-one presentations, hundreds of business seminars, training sessions, workshops, and speaking to over 12,000 people, I still have nightmares about public speaking.
➤ More than enjoying being highly successful, I love helping, encouraging, and coaching others. Actually, one of my dreams is to sit quietly in the last row and to watch our team members walk across the big stages, accomplishing their goals.
➤ I had my first experience with crypto in 2018.
➤ From the same year I've been building (together with our small core team) an online community which has around 1 million combined followers from different platforms. This project is born from pure passion and is a place where my heart and soul is.
➤ In October 2020, I dived into Web3 and for the next few years lived in this space 24/7. Web3 has helped me to regain hope that it’s possible to turn things around in this world and to make them better.
➤ In October 2022, I met someone who shared the same focus and mission as I did. Together, we joined forces to create ZERO, COMITY, and MATRIX. ZERO is our Web3 social media platform, COMITY focuses on business networking, and MATRIX is our Neo Bank. Together, they empower people with freedom, better choices, and a sense of belonging in an environment where people and values always come first.

➤ I grew up on a small dairy farm where my parents worked tirelessly every day for 30 years without vacations or weekends to provide for me and my sister. At the time, I didn’t appreciate how much we were involved in the daily farm work throughout the year, especially when our friends who lived in apartments seemed to have so much free time.
But today, I couldn’t be more grateful to my parents for giving us such a disciplined life. Thanks to them, I am who I am today, and I am incredibly proud of that. My parents are the hardest-working individuals I know, and I admire them deeply.

Why network marketing?
Because this industry is all about personal growth. Everything revolves around helping others. Want to achieve huge success? Help many people. Want even bigger success? Help even more people.
At the end of the day, the real reward isn’t the income you earn but the person you need to become and grow into to achieve it. Few industries, with network marketing being one of them, can offer the potential for unlimited income, which can also become passive income over time.
Why did we create our own network marketing company Comity?
Having been in this industry for over a decade, I've seen far too many things that are fundamentally wrong with it. Most MLM company owners are ordinary entrepreneurs who care only about money. This completely contradicts the core concept of the industry, which should, first and foremost, be about people.
As a result, the entire concept, values, and compensation plans of such companies are designed not for the benefit of the people, but for the company itself, ensuring maximum profits for the owners and only the top leaders.
This, in turn, has led to the current situation, where many people speak poorly about the MLM industry. Individuals join these companies based on attractive promises and big talk that never materialize, simply because fulfilling those promises was never the company's true intention.
People waste years without achieving their goals and then claim the entire industry is flawed. However, the truth is that this industry is one of the best out there; the real issue is that most top leaders within it lack good intentions.

However, keep your standards high – don’t allow anyone to treat you poorly, manipulate you, or disrespect you. Don’t believe empty words; instead, pay attention to people’s actions. If someone doesn’t treat you well, they have no place in your life.
Why? Because the quality of your life depends on the people you surround yourself with. That’s why you must be careful, observant, and maintain high standards to ensure your environment is worthy of you. And along the way, never lower your standards for anyone. 10 Things I Wish Someone Told Me Before I Became An Entrepreneur
➤ 1. Copy the best. Whatever you want in life - the fastest and easiest way to get it is to find someone who is already where you want to be and just to copy everything they have done. Don’t reinvent the wheel, most of the things have already been done. Now is your chance to do it even faster and better.
➤ 2. Choose wisely whose advice you take. I like what Robert Kiyosaki says about this: “The world is full of smart, poor people”, meaning - before you take anyone’s advice, take a look at their background - is what they teach just something out of a book or from their own experience? You can’t teach anyone something you haven’t gone through yourself, or at least you shouldn’t. For example, many of those people often teach about financial freedom while having not reached it themselves. If you are making 3000 euros a month, you are not qualified to teach people how to make 10 000 euros a month.
➤ 3. Take care of your environment. There is only one thing in the world stronger than us that we can’t fight against but which we are still able to change and that is our ENVIRONMENT. Our environment is what shapes us. Even if you don’t fit into your environment, by being there long enough, sooner or later you will eventually become a part of it. As they say: show me the 5 people you spend most of your time with and I’ll show you your future. If you surround yourself with 5 fools - you’ll become the sixth. If you surround yourself with 5 millionaires - congratulations - you will become the sixth.
➤ 4. Protect your biggest asset. Everyone is different, but the one thing we have the same is TIME. Everyone has the same amount of time but for some reason, some people achieve more with the same amount of time than others. The reason is that these people choose very carefully how and with whom they share their most valuable asset. A lot of people give it away to people who are not worth it. By the time they realize it it’s too late. Know your worth - don’t undervalue yourself, keep your goals in your sight!

There are two types of people in the world - those who focus on solutions and those who focus on problems. If you want to go far in life, you need to be the first type, positive one, and focus only focus on solutions. How can you be totally positive and focus on solutions rather than problems and distractions? In order to do so, just don't let negative and distressing people around you. Only communicate with those who are positive and focused on growth. Negativity is like a weed in your garden - if you do not weed it, it will take over your entire garden (life). What does a garden full of weeds look like? Not the nicest, isn't it! 😊 Same with your life. Fortunately, you can start to tidy up your garden and weed out at any moment. Unfortunately, many let the weeds completely take over, so that at the end of the day, they don't even know to want to it as they do not remember what a clean and well-groomed garden looks like. PS! Not a single highly successful person spends time with someone who is in distress and is negative, that is, whose garden is full of weeds.
➤ 8. You are as strong as the probleem what takes you down. The smaller the problem that kicks you out, the weaker you are. We all start from scratch and can make ourselves stronger every day by creating a winner's attitude and welcoming every challenge that we face because we know these challenges are necessary to achieve our goals. There is no such thing as a life without problems as daily hardships are part of life. The more struggles you have had in your life, the stronger you are today and the less you will be troubled by all the new challenges you face. So the more you have lived through your life, the further you are able to go.
➤ 8. You are as strong as the probleem what takes you down. The smaller the problem that kicks you out, the weaker you are. We all start from scratch and can make ourselves stronger every day by creating a winner's attitude and welcoming every challenge that we face because we know these challenges are necessary to achieve our goals. There is no such thing as a life without problems as daily hardships are part of life. The more struggles you have had in your life, the stronger you are today and the less you will be troubled by all the new challenges you face. So the more you have lived through your life, the further you are able to go.
➤ 9. Make a decision and sacrifice. You have to choose what you want now and what you want most in your life. Either you want to sleep longer in the morning or you want to work on your biggest goal. Whether you want to go to the beach in the summer or to boost your activities, which will ultimately give you the complete freedom. Whether you want to chill out during the weekend or work on your dream to have a full week off in the future. Most people choose what they want the most at the moment, but with that they give up their biggest goals and dreams. If you want something that most people don't have, you need to be willing to do the things that most don't.
➤ 10. You will not find yourself, you create yourself. Most are looking for themselves to find out who they could become, where life directs them, what awaits them, etc. You are the artist of your life, and you paint yourself exactly as you wish and think. Every day, we can make a decision to learn something new we want and create ourselves through it. We are able to become anyone by acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge. Life is all about choices that we make. Of course, things don't always go as planned, but that's why it's called life. Just, don't give up until you're exactly the kind of person actually want to be.
